LESSONS FROM NORTH EAST PEOPLE AT DELHI, WHO COMMITTED BRAZEN INOCENT OR THOUGHTLESS, GREEDINESS, GULLIBITY & BIZZARE ACTS....thereby got cheated/duped by others at Delhi.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I believe in sharing these blunders committed by north east people during last few months, thereby ALERTING other north east people to be careful & learn lessons. I haven't mentioned their names as requested by them, these people are from all 8 north east states. Many are females/spinsters.
Following are the unbelievable foolish acts by North East people at Delhi and thereby they are running from pillars to posts for redressal and are coming to my office repeatedly for intervention etc.
1. One North East businessman ordered precious household articles from Dwarka by logistic movers and packers to his capital home at north east state . The company washed off its hands by saying that the articles were robbed on the way since he did not had any documents/ agreement, he could not claim compensation/insurance etc.
2. Two North East girls rushed to join call centre at Noida on the verbal recommendation of some middleman from north east . They were harassed and their salary was not paid and they were dismissed from the call centre without payment. They are running around for justice at Delhi.
3. One North East Class 12th boy paid Rs. 4 lakhs for pilot training at Indigo Airlines through middleman at capital of his State. He is waiting since 9 months without any response from the company. Now he is even willing to work as a labour and he does not want to show off his face at home. He is depressed and continuesly coming to my office for some petty job.
4. One young man, son of a rich man ordered a foreign puppy from internet and paid Rs. 50,000/- to the company based at Delhi. He did not get his puppy nor the company at Delhi is responding to him. He wants Delhi Police to get his foreign puppy at all cost.
5. One rich North East panchayat member paid Rs. 11 Lakhs to one of the middleman for getting Centrally Sponsored Scheme sanctioned at Delhi and there is no scheme being sanctioned from the Central Government and this middleman contested at a recent MLA election at Delhi with the help of cheated money from many north east ex netas.
6. One young spinster got threatening call from his Facebook boyfriend through some unscrupulous element at Delhi that she should pay Rs. 1.2 lakh as Customs Clearance Fees at Airport for a precious gift sent from abroad by his lover from abroad.
7. Four North East youth paid Rs. 2 lakhs each for training at an International Cruise Ship and they were given the address of US Embassy at Delhi. They are waiting for the last 7 months and approaching the Embasy in futile as they have no record of such company.
8. One North East girl gave a PCR call and summoned the police at Safdarjung Enclave alongwith Delhi Police Representative for North East. The girl was drunk and had a quarrel with his boyfriend on the use of condom, created ruckus in front of full publice view. Told police and DPNER to get lost.
9. One North East college boy asked one unknown person to take out money from ATM as he was unable to take out the money inspite of repeated attempts. The stranger took out Rs. 40 thousand from the ATM and ran away with the money and his ATM Card.
10. Two North East college boys came to my office alongwith their girlfriend wearing torned half pants, chappals, foul alchohol smelling with sleeveless shirt for character certificates and attestation from me. I handed over them to the Delhi Police North East representative to handover to their church and community leaders.
11. One North East boy married a local girl at Delhi and now the North East boy is complaining of insult and was dragged out from the house of his wife at Delhi and came to North East center for finding out shelter for him. Refer to his bhavan, but no help from there also. Living with his old friend home & having food at Langar of Gurudwara at west Delhi.
12. One North East property dealer cum govt servant at Delhi was found proudly bragging at all places telling other North East people to join their North East Housing Society at Noida by dropping the name of senior IAS, IPS, Politicians, sportspersons including my name. I warned him to desist from such fraud and lies.
13. One North East couple having a girl child complained for compensation from his abandoned living together foreigner partner at my office and after due process got Rs. 2.5 lakhs was given as compensation and maintainenace of the child, but the girl again started relationship with another foreign national. I warned her to be careful and to learn a lesson from their earlier relationship of living together.
14. One North East divorcee lady gave her building ownership papers to the property agent for recovery of land purchased through middleman and now that recovery agent is missing, and she is running from pillar to post for getting duplicate ownership papers and she wants police help to get it back, even she has no address of the property dealer agent.
15. Some of the department heads of Urban Development Ministry, Ship Engineers, Rural Development Ministry of North East States are getting a calls from so called advocates informing them that there is a warrant of arrest against their chief engineers and directors and they should meet them at given place and time at delhi to sort out this warrant of arrest and they are hesistating to complain about the case to police but asking us to locate these advocates at delhi.
16. One ex-minister was cheated by unscrupulous middlemen assuring him of member ship at SC/ST commission, they even pretend to be calling from some Minister’s house. The ex-minister paid Rs. 50,000/- as an advance and landed at Delhi to find out the details. He did not find anybody and their mobile switched off and wanted us to locate them even without filing FIR.
17. Many of north east rich families and high ranking officers get their child admitted at high profile International Boarding Schools at ncr region and they were seeking admission at Delhi University recently. They were told that students passed International Board examination class -12 passed are not eligible at Delhi University and they had to again re-admit their child at CBSE recognized schools at Delhi/NCR. They had no idea about the non-recognition of the international board examinations in some of the high profile schools at Delhi/NCR regions.
18. One young newly employed North East girl graduated from Delhi University married one Delhite young man at Arya Samaj Mandir at Delhi. After four years of their marriage her husband ran away to foreign country and she has no clue about her husband, and even their in laws are refusing to let her enter in their house. She wants us to locate her husband and she is running from pillar to post with her small girl child and she is in a pathetic condition due to mental abandonment by her husband and grave poverty.
19. One North East contractor gave Rs. 10 lakhs for schemes from Tribal Affairs Ministry to some middleman and pressurizing us for recovering the money without even filing a FIR, though caught hold of those middlemen at new delhi district.
20. One family from North East booked a holiday package to Jammu and Kashmir from Delhi and paid Rs. 2 lakhs for it, but on reaching J & K they were on the street as the hotel mentioned in the agreement was full and on calling back to Delhi, the Tour Company even refused to attend to their phone call. Somehow they managed to reach back to Delhi by 3rd class train and came to my office for locating the company and for recovery of the money.
21. Few cases of north east businessmen and officials getting an intimation from Chevrolet company about winning a car during a promotional draw from Great Britain and asking them to deposit Rs. 1 lakh 50 thousand for transportation charges of the car. The fraudsters are sending a real look alike draw coupon order etc. They were about to deposit their money but for our timely intervention.
22. Still 11 cases of North East spinsters depositing money to take out the gift sent by their foreigner boyfriends which they came in contact at Facebook and were emotional blackmailed them for marriage proposals and even by sending handsome young men photos greeting them at their Birthday, Valentines Day, sending them love letters through Facebook etc. But they are unwilling to file an FIR due to embarrassment after knowing the many NE girls were cheated through such dubious means by using Facebook.
23. North East businessmen who came to Delhi on business trip was kidnapped by criminals for ransom money. He did not informed his family members about his hotel, flight details etc. As a result police had difficulty to ascertain his detail though later on his was set free at Uttar Pradesh, Mathura area.
24. One boy Delhi Police North East Representative borrowed money from different students on the pretext of helping the needy North East people since last two years. He did not bother to return the money and all the students complained to me for police action against him. He seems using the borrowed money for his personal high standard living at Delhi.
HOPE BY READING THESE ABOVE BIZZARE INCIDENTS, IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO CREATE AN AWARENESS OF SUCH INCIDENTS TO PREVENT OUR NORTH EAST PEOPLE BEING CHEATED AND DUPED.
