BROTHER RAPED SISTER,IMPREGNATING HER.....

Gurgaon: A 17-year-old boy was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping his 14-year-old younger sister multiple times and impregnating her, police said. He was recently released form a juvenile home.

A source based report said the girl admitted that she was raped for the first time a month ago during the counselling session. But, she did not inform anyone about it as the accused threatened her saying he would tell the parents that she had been meeting boys secretly.

“The girl was raped in the night while the rest of the family was sleeping in the other room. She is too young to understand what has happened to her and to speak against her brother,” said a relative of the victim.

But she realised that she is probably pregnant as she missed her monthly cycle. She told about the rape to her elder sister who informed their parents about it.

Sources said that the family hails from Sonipat and is currently living in Bhondsi. The accused is third of six siblings and the victim is fourth and both are school dropouts.

The father took the girl to the police station and an FIR was lodged under Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences(POSCO) ACT at Bhondsi Police Station. The accused is back in Borstal Juvenile Home in Faridabad after he was arrested and produced in court.

ACP Hawa Singh said, “The accused has a history of being a sexual offender. He was booked on June7, 2015 for unnatural sex with a 12-year-old boy.”

The victim was taken for medical tests at the civil hospital in Sohna on Friday that confirmed her pregnancy after which she was then referred to civil hospital in Gurgaon.

ANHIA TRIBE LEADER HO KIKHOPNA A PU S.DOUNGEL, SECRETARY POL.& REFRMN AFFAIR, KIM. HOULIMNA CHOMCHA.

Lamka 13th May 2016
-----------------------------
I express my sincere respect to all the tribe leaders who gather here today and my deep appreciation to you all for taking the troubles to attend this august meeting despite exegencies of works to chalk out further course of actions that can be taken up jointly in matters pertaining to the three contentious bills which was passed by the state assembly on 31st Aug 2015. We are also aware of the fact that the bills were passed just to appease the valley community without the slightest consideration for the hill people. Kim duely acknowledge the painstaking efforts of the JAC though we are yet to achieve our intended goal.

We have agitated enough, we have protest enough. Ofcourse resorting to agitations like blockade, arsons, shutting down of business establishments or educational institutions will not bring us the solution. But sometimes it becomes imperative on or part to resort to some sort of agitation to rigister our disappointment and frustration when our rights are usurped our justice  denied. Our kuki tribes in upper lamka who wholeheartedly participate in the jac's strike against the 3 controversial bills may wonder and often asked the reason as to why their kuki brethren in other parts of the state do not support them. I tell you brothers you have become too possessive as if the bill affects only people of upper lamka. On the contrary, it is your kinsmen in sadar hills and chandel who will be most affected.

One thing that surprised me is the unc's interest in the ccpur based jac's movement after they have declared that they have severed all ties with the state govt and that the bills have nothing to do with them. There is no congruence between what they preached and what they practices. I don't think the entire Naga community really rely on the UNC.

The JAC's unwillingness to fight the 3 bills under the banner of a nomenclature KUKI which  has historical and political significance and their demands for autonomous district council or six schedule in the name of tribals are  reasons why the kukis in other parts of the stake cannot take active part in every protest or agitation initiated by them. Today KIM  proposed for a formation of state level coordinating body which will be led by KIM and UNC. This will bridge the existing communication gap and our mutual suspicion. Formation of state level coordinating body to fight against the three bills will be more effective unlike the ccpur based jac but that doesn't necessarily mean that the ccpur based jac will be dissolved. Any form of agitation initiated by the state level action committee on anti-tribal bills will be  responded in all the hill districts and this will better draw the attention of the state or central govt. This state level committee on anti tribal bills will stick within the parameters of the bills and under no circumstances should they be allowed to express their political interest on any other issues.

As for deputation of delegates to Delhi for participation in the MTFD proposed rally. We cannot comply to their request. KIM was never consulted when this mtfd was formed and KIM so far did not acknowledge MTFD. We have our own action plan. We have also cautioned our MLAs not to go to Delhi. If any MLA from kuki community take part, then he is representing the interest of his own political party and not the interest of the kuki community. The kuki political interest find no expression in any political party. KIM was never consulted in advance when decision for total shut down in all the hill districts was taken up by jac. We will support this total shutdown if our proposal for formation of state level coordinating committee against the three controversial bills is initiated .

Sadar Hills Gorkha bodies decry JAC Shantipur, condemns deployment of Cdo in Sadar Hills

Kaybie Chongloi,
KANGGUI, May 13: various Gorkha civil bodies of Sadar Hills today vehemently decried the alleged silly utterances of JAC Shantipur and strongly condemned the deployment of Cdo in Sadar Hills administrative jurisdiction.

Motbung-Charhajare Gorkha Youth Union in its joint meeting today Motbung collectively censured the ignorance utterance of JAC Shantipur over the claiming of Inspection Bungalow at Gamgiphai as part of Imphal West while terming the JAC Shantipur as ‘misleading’ the public.

The Motbung-Charhajare Gorkha Youth Union also maintained that Inspection Bungalow at Gamgiphai where Cdo outpost was installed without the consent of the Sadar Hills people belongs to Sadar Hills and its is rightfully under the administrative jurisdiction of Sadar Hills which is a universal truth.

While strongly opposing the JAC Shantipur alleged silly utterance, the union also said that such statement has seriously disturbed the peaceful coexistence of various communities dwelling in Sadar Hills.

The union further expressed it’s strongly opposition of deploying and stationing Commandos at Gamgiphai and urges the state Government to remove in the interest of all communities in Sadar Hills.

Meanwhile, Sadar Hills Gorkha Union also registered strong opposition over the stationing and deployment of Commandos at Gamgiphai while condemning the alleged immature utterances of the JAC Shantipur which hurts mutual correlation of various communities in Sadar Hills.

Hari Nepal, President, Sadar Hills Gorkha Union lamented that anything that could disturbs the peaceful coexistence of Sadar Hills will be opposed and condemned by the Gorkha community living in Sadar Hills.

He further said that stationing and deployment of Commandos at Gamgiphai fabricates extreme insecurity of Sadar Hills people which consequently disturbed the prevailing peaceful atmosphere in the areas.

It will be a worthy decision if the state Government withdraws the Cdo personnel and its Gamgiphai outpost at the earliest possibility, Nepal added.

The union president also said that Gorkhas in Sadar Hills will endorse any move of the people of Sadar Hills in withdrawing the commandos from Sadar Hills.

At the Bottom of It All

Khochungte Awgin Gospel Column

Daily Devotional by John Piper

In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will. (Ephesians 1:5)
The experience of Charles Spurgeon is not beyond the ability of any ordinary Christian.
Spurgeon (1834–1892) was a contemporary of George Mueller. He served the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London for over thirty years as the most famous pastor of his day.
His preaching was so powerful that people were converted to Christ every week. His sermons are still in print today and he is held up by many as a model soul–winner.
He recalls an experience when he was sixteen that shaped his life and ministry for the rest of his days.
When I was coming to Christ, I thought I was doing it all myself, and though I sought the Lord earnestly, I had no idea the Lord was seeking me. I do not think the young convert is at first aware of this.
I can recall the very day and hour when first I received those truths [the doctrine of election] in my own soul — when they were, as John Bunyan says, burnt into my heart as with a hot iron, and I can recollect how I felt that I had grown on a sudden from a babe into a man — that I had made progress in Scriptural knowledge, through having found, once for all, that clue to the truth of God.
One week–night, when I was sitting in the house of God, I was not thinking much about the preacher’s sermon, for I did not believe it.
The thought struck me, How did you come to be a Christian? I sought the Lord. But how did you come to seek the Lord? The truth flashed across my mind in a moment — I should not have sought Him unless there had been some previous influence in my mind to make me seek Him. I prayed, thought I, but then I asked myself, How came I to pray? I was induced to pray by reading the Scriptures. How came I to read the Scriptures? I did read them, but what led me to do so?
Then, in a moment, I saw that God was at the bottom of it all, and that He was the Author of my faith, and so the whole doctrine of grace opened up to me, and from that doctrine I have not departed to this day, and I desire to make this my constant confession, “I ascribe my change wholly to God.”
