Case dated 18/5/16
In the morning around 4-5am Ng xxxx left home to appear for some competitive exam accompanied by her two brothers was molested. When passing through the Baba Bakery(Munirka) 3-4 Naga boys who were drunk and standing on the road were blocking their passage. The victim's brother requested them to let them pass through but they paid no heed and this let to heated arguement among them, they assualted the victim's brother and the victim(girl) was also touched inappropriately during the mellee and she was pulled by the hair, seeing this many of our community members rushed to the incident and the assailant fled from the spot.An FiR was lodged the same day, court apperance was done yesterday. All the three accused are in Tihar jail and one absconding.
