1. Class 10 Admitcard, Provisional Certificate, Marksheets with atleast 2 attested photocopy of each.
2. Class 12 Admitcard and Provisional Certificate, Marksheets with atleast 2 attested photocopy of each. 
3. Atleast 4 passport size photos
4. Transfer Certificates
